This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Yazola application, the Yazola website, and services operated in connection with Yazola.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or Yazola's handling of information, contact us at support@yazola.app.
2. Information We Collect and Process
The information Yazola processes depends on your account, connected creator platforms, and your use of the service.

We may collect and process information used to create, authenticate, maintain, and personalize your Yazola account, including:
- Email address;
- User and account identifiers;
- Username and profile information;

Creator activity and progress

Connected creator platform data
Yazola's core functionality may require users to connect supported creator platform accounts and grant the permissions required for Yazola to provide its services.
When you connect a supported platform, Yazola may access and process account, channel, content, analytics, performance, and related creator data made available through that platform's APIs, subject to the permissions granted to Yazola.
Yazola requests permissions that are used to provide its user-facing creator features. Certain permissions and connected accounts may be required for the service or particular portions of the service to function.
If you do not grant a permission required for Yazola's functionality, or if you later revoke a required permission, affected features or the service itself may become unavailable until the required access is restored.
Technical and usage information
We may process technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, maintain, and improve Yazola. This may include application events, error information, device or application information, and service usage information.

4. Google and YouTube User Data
Yazola uses Google authentication and Google APIs, including YouTube APIs, to provide Google account authentication and creator-platform functionality.
When Google or YouTube integration is required for Yazola's functionality, users must grant the Google API permissions requested by Yazola. The permissions requested are used to provide the associated user-facing features.
Depending on the Google API permissions required by Yazola, information accessed may include basic Google account information and YouTube account, channel, content, analytics, performance, or related creator information made available through the applicable Google APIs.
Yazola uses Google user data to authenticate users, connect their Google or YouTube account to Yazola, retrieve creator information and analytics required by Yazola features, display that information to the user, calculate or support creator progress features, and provide related user-facing functionality.
Storage of Google user data
Where necessary to provide Yazola's functionality, information obtained through Google APIs may be processed or stored using Yazola's backend and cloud infrastructure. Authentication credentials or authorization tokens may also be securely stored or processed where necessary to maintain an authorized connection to a user's Google account.
Access to stored information is limited to systems and service providers that require it to operate, secure, or provide Yazola.
Sharing of Google user data
Yazola does not sell Google user data.
Google user data may be processed by service providers acting on Yazola's behalf where this is necessary to provide, secure, or maintain Yazola's user-facing functionality. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Yazola does not use Google user data for advertising purposes or sell Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Google API Limited Use disclosure
Yazola's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Required Platform Permissions
Yazola relies on supported creator-platform integrations to provide parts of its core functionality. As a result, users may be required to connect an eligible creator account and authorize the permissions Yazola needs to operate.
Yazola will request the permissions necessary for the applicable integration and features. If required access is refused, disconnected, expires, or is revoked, Yazola may be unable to retrieve the information necessary to provide affected features.
In those circumstances, access to affected features or to Yazola may be restricted until the required account connection and permissions are restored.
6. AI-Powered Features
Certain Yazola features use artificial intelligence to provide creator guidance, analyze eligible submissions, or generate responses relevant to the user's creator journey.
Information intentionally submitted to an AI-powered feature may be transmitted to and processed by technology providers used to provide that functionality.
We use such information for the purpose of providing the requested Yazola feature and operating or improving the service, subject to applicable agreements, policies, and law.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Yazola is offered through a subscription model and may provide eligible users with a free trial.
Purchases made through mobile application stores are processed by the applicable store provider, such as Apple or Google.
Yazola may receive and process purchase, subscription, trial, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and entitlement information necessary to determine whether an account is entitled to use the service.
Yazola does not receive complete payment card information from the mobile application store when purchases are processed through that store.
8. How We Store and Protect Information
Yazola uses cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate its application, databases, authentication systems, integrations, and related services.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Service Providers and Disclosure of Information
We may use third-party service providers to help operate Yazola. These providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to perform services such as:
- Cloud infrastructure and database hosting;
- Authentication;
- Creator-platform integrations;
- Subscription and entitlement management;
- Artificial intelligence functionality;
- Application security, diagnostics, and reliability;
- Customer support and other operational services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; enforce applicable agreements; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect the rights, safety, and security of Yazola, our users, or others.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing Yazola, maintaining user accounts and platform integrations, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing applicable agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the feature involved, applicable platform requirements, and the reason the information is processed.
Information may also be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
11. Your Choices, Permissions, and Account Controls
Where supported by the applicable third-party platform, users can review or revoke Yazola's access through that platform's account or security settings.
Because certain platform connections and permissions are required for Yazola's functionality, revoking required access may cause affected features or the service to stop functioning until the required access is restored.
Subject to applicable law, you may also have rights regarding personal information associated with your account, which may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion.
To make a privacy or account-data request, contact support@yazola.app.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Yazola account and associated personal information by contacting support@yazola.app.
When a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify applicable personal information associated with the account, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Revoking access to a third-party platform does not necessarily delete the user's Yazola account. Users who want their Yazola account deleted should separately submit an account deletion request.
13. Children's Privacy
Yazola is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in a manner not permitted by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
14. International Users
Yazola may be available to users in multiple countries. As a result, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to applicable legal requirements and the infrastructure used to provide the service.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Yazola integrates with third-party platforms and services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.
This Privacy Policy describes Yazola's handling of information and does not replace the privacy policies or terms of third-party platforms that you use or connect to Yazola.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Yazola develops, our data practices change, or legal, regulatory, platform, or operational requirements change.
If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Where required, we may provide additional notice or request consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
