1. About Yazola
Yazola is a creator growth and productivity service designed to help content creators work toward their goals through features such as creator analytics, Focus Campaigns, quests, progress tracking, XP, levels, achievements, streaks, and AI-powered guidance.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Yazola concerning your use of the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yazola.
If you are under the age at which you can independently enter into a binding agreement or consent to the processing of personal information in your country, your parent or legal guardian may need to review and agree to these Terms or provide any consent required by applicable law.
By using Yazola, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements applicable to you.
3. Your Account
You may be required to create an account and provide accurate information to use Yazola.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

4. Creator Platform Connections and Required Permissions
Yazola relies on integrations with supported creator platforms to provide parts of its functionality.
You may be required to connect an eligible creator-platform account and grant the permissions Yazola requires to provide its services. You authorize Yazola to access and process information made available through those integrations in accordance with the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.
You must have the authority to connect any account you provide to Yazola.
If you refuse, revoke, or otherwise remove permissions required for Yazola to operate, affected features or the service itself may become unavailable until the required connection and permissions are restored.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies, availability, or functionality. Such changes may affect Yazola's ability to provide an integration or feature.
5. Subscriptions
Yazola is offered through a paid subscription model. Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund processes are handled through the store through which you purchased your subscription and are also subject to that store's applicable terms.
Prices may change in the future. Where required, notice or consent will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the platform through which your subscription is billed.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Yazola may offer eligible users a free trial or other promotional subscription offer. Eligibility, duration, availability, and other conditions are shown when the offer is presented.
Unless you cancel before the end of a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable subscription price may be charged through your selected app-store account.
Trial and promotional eligibility may be determined by Yazola, the applicable app store, or both. Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an app-store subscription through the subscription management settings provided by the store through which you purchased it.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily immediately terminate access for a billing period that has already been paid for.
Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google are generally handled according to the applicable store's policies and procedures, subject to rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Creator Analytics and Third-Party Data
Yazola may retrieve, process, calculate, organize, and display creator information obtained from supported third-party platforms.
Analytics and other information provided through Yazola may depend on data received from third parties. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, changed, unavailable, or affected by the third party's systems and methodologies.
Yazola does not guarantee that creator statistics, analytics, projections, recommendations, or other third-party-derived information will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. AI-Powered Features
Yazola may use artificial intelligence to provide guidance, feedback, analysis, evaluations, suggestions, or other user-facing functionality.
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for a particular situation, or otherwise imperfect. You should use your own judgment when relying on AI-generated information.
Yazola does not guarantee that following AI-generated guidance, campaigns, recommendations, or suggestions will result in increased views, followers, subscribers, engagement, revenue, or any other particular outcome.
10. XP, Levels, Achievements, Streaks, and Other Virtual Features
Yazola may provide virtual progression features including XP, levels, achievements, streaks, titles, skill points, campaign progress, or similar features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these features are digital indicators of progress within Yazola. They do not represent real currency, stored monetary value, property, or a right to receive money or other compensation.
We may adjust progression systems, requirements, calculations, rewards, balancing, or related functionality as Yazola evolves.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Yazola. In particular, you must not:
- Use Yazola for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Yazola, another user's account, or connected systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or circumvent the security or operation of the service;
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or scraping tools to access Yazola except where expressly authorized;
- Attempt to manipulate quests, achievements, XP, subscriptions, analytics, or other systems through fraudulent activity;
- Upload or submit malicious code or material intended to damage or compromise systems;
- Use Yazola to violate the rights of another person or the terms of a connected third-party platform;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to Yazola except with our authorization.
12. User Content and Submissions
You retain ownership of content that you submit to Yazola to the extent you own that content.
You grant Yazola a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use your submissions as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content to Yazola.
13. Intellectual Property
Yazola and its software, design, branding, interfaces, graphics, text, features, systems, and other service content are owned by or licensed to Yazola and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Yazola grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Yazola or its intellectual property to you.
14. Third-Party Services
Yazola may integrate with or rely upon services operated by third parties, including creator platforms, authentication providers, app stores, cloud infrastructure providers, subscription services, and technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those providers.
We are not responsible for changes to or interruptions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
15. Changes to Yazola
Yazola is an evolving service. We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
We may also perform maintenance, release updates, change platform integrations, or modify technical requirements.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes that adversely affect your rights or paid service.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Yazola if we reasonably determine that an account has violated these Terms, presents a security or fraud risk, is being used unlawfully, or where restriction is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Yazola, our users, or third parties.
We may also suspend functionality where a required third-party integration, permission, subscription entitlement, or technical requirement is no longer available.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
17. No Guarantee of Creator Results
Yazola is intended to provide tools, organization, information, motivation, and guidance for creators. Creator performance depends on many factors outside Yazola's control.
We do not promise or guarantee any particular number of views, followers, subscribers, engagement, sponsorships, earnings, revenue, growth rate, platform ranking, or other creator result.
Nothing provided through Yazola should be interpreted as a guarantee of professional, financial, business, or creator success.
18. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Yazola may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, platform API changes, network conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or on every device, operating system, platform, or region.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yazola is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not make warranties or guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user's particular goals.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yazola will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to use of the service.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
21. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Yazola Privacy Policy.
By using Yazola, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Yazola develops or as legal, regulatory, platform, or operational requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date above will be changed. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of Yazola after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms do not limit or exclude rights that you are entitled to under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights that apply regardless of provisions contained in these Terms.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
